1-800-236-9890 or mail us your order. We accept MasterCard, VISA, Discover/Novus
and American Express. Checks should be sent to Safe Beginnings, Inc., P.O. Box
1265, Burlington, MA 01803.
Group Discount Program Information
Safe Beginnings offers discount programs for members of
groups such as health plans, parenting organizations and corporations. If you are affiliated with an organization that has an
established group discount program with Safe Beginnings you may enter your
discount in the space provided on our home page. Please note that some items are excluded from
discount. If applicable, this information is noted beneath the item description.
If you wish to arrange for a discount program for the members of your
organization, please call Safe Beginnings for details.
Returns & Exchanges
We will accept unused items returned within 45 days for an exchange or full
refund, less delivery charges. CHILD SAFETY GATES must be packaged in the
original carton with all the original packing material. Loose items put in with the gate will cause damage to the finish and
make the gate non-returnable. For health reasons, certain items, as noted, are not
returnable. Videos, CDs and cassette tapes are not returnable once they are opened. Please send exchanges or returns, along with your name, address,
phone number, invoice number or a copy of the invoice to Safe Beginnings, Inc. 13 Alexander Road, #5, Billerica, MA 01821.
Delivery Charges
We ship all orders promptly by UPS. Refer to our shipping
chart for standard delivery charges which are based on delivery within the
continental U.S. It should take 3 to 7 working days to
receive your order. Oversized items may be subject to additional delivery
charges. If applicable, these charges are noted beneath the item description.
Product Warranty Information
Safe Beginnings, Inc. does not manufacture the products
offered in our online catalog. Manufacturers' warranties are provided with the products sold and Safe
Beginnings, Inc. does not offer any further warranty or guarantee. Effectiveness
of each product depends on proper installation and use. The products offered can reduce the likelihood of injury and should make your home a safer
environment for your child. All products are to be used under adult supervision.
Safe Beginnings, Inc. liability is limited to replacing, exchanging or refunding
the cost of any products which do not meet your satisfaction. Colors and fabrics
depend on availability and may vary. Prices are subject to change.
